I am rating this product a 1 and wish I could do less. I rec'd the product and it was in good condition. The problem with this product is concept and engineering. The basket and the top. To stop the drain, you have to push down on it which is attached to a plastic pole running in the center of the basket. When that happens, the basket is pushed down farther. To make matters worse the lid detaches. If you have uneven or jagged lips on the inside of your drain, the basket leaves will get caught on the inside which wedges the basket into the drain so you cannot pull out. Luckily I tested this before use and was able to use a screwdriver to pry each leaf inwards and pull out. If this was used, it would've broke and possibly cause the drain to clog. There are so many things they could've done to make this safer and work better. I would've even invested another 20 bucks for the engineering improvements. Bottom line don't risk it. At least all I lost was 15 dollars verses 200 calling a plumber.
