Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I am so upset. I purchased 100% frankincense and received 20% oil blend. I knew from the other reviews that this was a possibility, but I just assumed that with all of those reviews that the seller would have fixed the problem. At this point it feels like a scam. I’m very upset that Amazon has let this go this long. And I’m going to do everything in my power to make sure nobody else gets bamboozled again. It’s very easy to try to scam customers with a small product like this but I have all the time in the world to make this right.
