Hey there. You don't know me, but I'm about to do you a favor and save you $60 and some aggravation. Instead of throwing your money away on this worthless, apparently not-at-all-quality-controlled garbage of a product, go buy yourself some sanitizing wipes. Like others have reported, I was excited about this product because I was trying to find another way to sanitize my phone aside from using wipes and so on and thus, I was suckered in, despite the negative reviews. At first, everything seemed fine. I was drawn in by the allure of UV lights doing their thing and getting the cooties off of my phone as I work with people who tend to get sick often. Then, after several uses, the light on top indicating it was working was slow to come on. Okay, sure, fine. As long as it still turns on, right? Then, like a George RR Martin novel, it started taking a longer and longer amount of time to start. Eventually, it stopped working all together. All right after the return window closed (naturally). The idea of this is good in theory but the execution is terrible. Wait for someone else to come out with something that actually works and is reliable over time. Thanks for nothing, PhoneSoap.
