I'm so dessipointed in these. We live in Seattle and I really need reliable rain boots. I've purchased these last year and didn't use them at all because I was on bed rest with very hard pregnancy. After a few months in the closet they came out completely ruined. Costumer service didn't bother to reply on my email. I can't return them now.. :/
