Updated, Rust Cart
Assembly was easy enough, I didn't have any issues with the instructions (I have put similar carts together in the past). The hardware was all on a card with the sizes identified. The materials all appear to be good quality. The only thing I had an issue with is there was a strong odor to it, probably from the rubber parts, but once it's put outside it's not a problem. The tires were partially inflated, but it's best to pump them up, the cart will roll easier. It holds my hoses easily. so far, no problems. It's a good cart for the money. My experience with these metal carts is that over time, you will see some rust. After assembly I gave all the metal parts a shot of clear coat. I also used some Teflon tape on the treads, that should make it easier to take apart when the washers need replacing.

Update, 9-12-18. After only 2 Summers of use, this cart is showing considerable rust and is leaking from multiple areas. It's a shame because I really liked it when it was new. I have changed my 5 star rating to 2 stars. I think I'll have to buy a new cart in the Spring.
