I am sad to be writing this review. Wished it was the opposite. I read other reviews like this but thought the problem would have been resolved. Complete opposite. The Product arrived in a decent box with packaging. My Son and I were very excited to open it . When unveiled the wood exterior was broken in various areas of the frame , screws were missing and the whole metal unit was not attached to the wood frame inside. The metal frame has a bent corner. The fan is loud and the heater smells like its burning . It looked like this product was used ,old ,broken, returned , never checked upon return and then sent out to another customer. We are nervous to use the fire and heater in case of damage internally and it becomes a fire hazard. We are very disappointed and sad. Had amazon send out a replacement ,so lets hope its a new product and in great , brand new condition.
