TOXIC!!!! Would be a zero.
This contains a known toxin (permethrin) that often results in neurological issues. My dog was affected. Started with itching, anxiety/restlessness, delayed responsiveness, totally zoned out, and general malaise. Poor little guy is SO sick and miserable!
On the positive side, Amazon was GREAT about letting me return the unused vials for refund.
