A hole formed in the seam after just a couple of short uses by my 35lb child. The company did send a replacement which I was happy with until two holes formed in that one after just one use. I emailed the company again and they would not offer anything more for their defective product than advice on a patch. I purchased the patch but it didn't work. It was fun for the 15 minutes of use my son got out of it. Waste of money and poor customer service. If your product is defective you should remedy that.
