Great product, poor service.
I ordered this product and it arrived in four days. Needless to say I was excited. I went to the store and bought a couple dozen bananas and cleared my calendar for the afternoon. Imagine my disappointment when I opened the box to discover that they hadn't sent the power cord. This may be the best thing since sliced beer, but I have no way of knowing. Thanks Amazon, you screwed me again!
