Dead on arrival- loose screws inside the machine, and all it does is beep. :( Edit: I opened it up and there were two issues - 1. The motor is held in by two straps. each strap has two screws. Each strap had only one screw - the other screw was snapped off at the head. the two heads was what was shaking around in there... 2. The belt was not attached to the motor. (due to #1) I tried using it once and It does actually do a great job of massaging. But the way the screws snapped off, I cant replace them, so I will be returning the unit.
