Out of box does not work. Company support will not return emails. Did not have opportunity to try before return period expired. Unpackaged new product for the first time and unit sends no current of any type through leads (it does have power at the plug). Attempted to contact/get reply from manufacturer and NO RESPONSE AT ALL. What a POS unit and disgraceful customer service.
