At first i loved this as it did give my hair a lot of body. But it began to fall apart very quickly as the little brush things would fall off with just the wrong touch laying it down. Once that process starts they break off even quicker. Now so many have broken off it won't hold my hair and i am constantly burning my fingers. Their customer service could care less. I could have purchased an additional warranty for more money but i chose not to so sorry we can't help you. Too bad that within 4-5 months a great deal of $100 is worthless. How can a company like this continue to be able to continue selling such a bad product. Amazing.
