Not impressed....
Not impressed.....takes forever to get it on. When I get it to turn on the temp goes from fahrenheit to celsius and then from healthy to damage. When I'm using it I must unlock it because the temperature changes again, and it has damaged my hair from getting to hot. When I replied to an email sent asking how I liked this flat iron no one responded. I am in the process of finding a new iron.
