I would say that this is a great dress it's beautiful and the fabric is nice and the customer service seemed to be on the ball when I told them that it was too small. They offered to give me a 60% refund and keep the product. Their response was prompt and I accepted the proposal. However I never got the refund. I'm not one to kick up a lot of dust so I left it. But it's th principle of the matter. I don't have a dress I can wear nor do I have the refund on top of that. I'm saddened by the experience.
