I can't tell if they are working. I'm an attorney so I stare at a computer all day and thought I'd try these out. Final decision still pending. These glasses are huge though and get in the way when I try to drink my tea. Just an fyi. I'll update if I notice a difference. Update: I honestly don't think they work. I stopped wearing them because I noticed no difference. The nose pieces are metal and are very uncomfortable. They left marks on my face upon taking them off and gave me a small headache. They are getting a second star because they are cute. On a side note, the seller keeps contacting me asking me to take down my review. I find this very inappropriate.
