No idea how to really explain this so take a look
just take a look at the picture bc I can't explain what it came like....I didn't really notice anything was wrong with it till I plugged it in and turned it on...so it appears to me it's very delicate or cheap where it can handle any contact at all...waiting for ups pick it up and take it back
