This thing is saturated with that intense plastic chemical smell. So far I have had it airing out for two days next to an open window and the smell has not faded much if at all I might just be going nose blind to it. I can confirm it seems comfortable but I can't stand to put my face near it so the comfort level is irrelevant to the overall rating. Note that it comes without washing instructions this is because according to the website you are not supposed to wash it "we do not recommend washing or drying the pillow in any machine and doing so may void the pillow warranty" This was a hundred dollars USD how did it leave the factory smelling like this? Update: It has been 2 weeks the smell has not faded noticeably.
