I purchased this desk in October. Worked great for 2 weeks then it stopped working. It would not raise past hip level all of a sudden. I contacted customer service they gave me instructions on how to reset it. Nothing worked. I emailed them back with the information they requested and they never responded so I requested a refund and they sent me another desk in a December. I’ve had this desk now again for 2 weeks and it is doing the same thing!!!! I’m extremely frustrated and will never purchase from this company again. (I also have a friend that purchased the same desk and does not like it either.)
