Handle Snapped Off; Company Refused Replacement or Refund
I can't say much more than I did in the headline. The handle snapped off while I was cooking. Used less than ten times. BK Cookware responded with a condescending letter denying all responsibility. Amazon stepped in with a refund even though the item was beyond the return period.
