After seemingly days of moving lights around trying different combinations trying one strand versus two strands I absolutely everything I could think of I contacted customer support they wanted a laundry list of things and their only suggestion was try a iPhone as opposed to an Android I don't own an iPhone I was able to get a friend over with an iPhone and was finally able to map the lights long story short unless you have access to an iOS you're going to have a lot of issues once resolved it is absolutely amazing what these lights can do. Fix the mapping issues and this is a 5 star all day every day but that seems to be a ongoing theme with reviews
