I bought this product for an 11 year old small dog. I'm a retired teacher and so most of the furniture that I own is stuff that I had to put together. Therefore I was confident that I could put this ramp together. When I opened the box, I was pleased with the looks and pleased with the directions. All of the parts were there. Unfortunately, I could not put it together as directed because whomever was in charge of drilling holes didn't measure correctly. In the accompanying photo, you can see 6 sets of washers and bolts. These cannot be used because the holes do not meet. I need the ramp and it's too heavy to repackage and send back, so I will have to improvise with some carpenter's glue, a drill, and some nuts and bolts. I was really hoping I could give this a good rating, but craftsmanship is too important.
