I bought this bed for my partner and I. Together, we may weigh about 450. Puting it together was frustrating even for the two of us who have both worked in mechanics shops. No matter what we did, bolts kept stripping. We wrongfully figured that perhaps it was a built in feature to keep people from over tightening. Upon climbing in, I felt a bar bend under me. I hopped back out and saw that it was one of the main support bars. Frustrated, I forced myself to forget about it, turned to the foot of the bed, and went to sleep. I awoke in the morning immensely uncomfortable, my fiancee and I had crashed into the middle and my hips were fallen unnaturally low. I contacted customer service and found that they replace parts, cool! So I flipped up the matress and found not one, but FOUR major support bars bent, some at nearly touching the floor. Everything else had bent and collapsed around the support. One night and the bed was completely mangled. Contacted customer support again, they told me a couple of times they could replace parts but couldn't do anything else. Perhaps if a single part was the problem that would have been acceptable, but as it stands they just made a frustrating situation worse by not being willing to talk (seriously, when I called they asked for my email address then ended the call, the rest was handled through email) Honestly, I have never been so immensely disappointed by a product. The pictures don't do the damage justice, the two vertacle bars us the middle we're bent at least 3-4 inches out of place, the head and foot connecting horizontal ones were also drastically bent, the all the support slats curved like a giant rib cage.
