Yep, I was thoroughly disappointed to find out that I paid $20 for a bag of sugar. 19g of cane sugar per serving x 20 servings in the bag = 380 grams of sugar. The entire weight of the bag is 440 grams, which means that 86% of the content is sugar. Your money would be much better spent buying a $15 Calcium-Magnesium powder (that will last for months) and having control of any sugar you add (if any) to your drink mix.
