Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I have batteries dying at the 4 month mark. Sticky backs failing to hold. Onto the real complaints though, On the website it wont allow you to downgrade service without calling in. They wont allow you to delete your credit card information from the web site without calling in, even then they lied about it. In the last week I have had the alarm trigger 3 different times due to a failing sensor. One time it took me 2 minutes to get to the keypad. I never heard from them. Another time they called me after I ran a test on the system. They called me 3 hours later to inform me it had "just" happened. Save your money. Also I was looking over a lot of the positive reviews..... Isnt it strange that a lot of them only have one review listed and it is for this product?
