Used to be high quality but no more
I ordered these every few months starting in spring of 2019 for working with epoxy, concrete and chemicals used for metal patinas. They were truly impressive back then (costed about $14 average for a box of 100 back then too). Then Covid happened and for a brief few months these gloves were unavailable. Amazon auto-notified me once they became available again and I continued with the auto shipments. However I was disappointed with the results. I've compared two boxes since then to make sure it wasn't just a single bad batch, but the low quality was the same both times (spaced a few months apart). In a given batch I've broken almost two dozen gloves just putting them on. Either the material has changed or the thickness is no longer as advertised (I don't think it's that). In a year prior of using these gloves they never once broke when putting them on, but now I lose about a fifth of them this way. And again, the gloves used to average $14 for the same box you're looking at right now. Does that seem like a reasonable price hike when the actual quality of the product has neither improved nor even stayed the same. I believe this company is behaving dishonestly and taking advantage of their customers.
