For the first month or so I loved this bike. It was easy to put together and had all my needs met. After about a month the bike became extremely loud to the point of complete annoyance to the rider, members of the household, and wild animals outside. It sounds like a cat screeching some terrible death. Support was unresponsive. The sound is generated from where the tension pad touches the wheel. Makes for a miserable experience. About two months from purchase, the electronic display totally failed. First only half worked, then the rest died. Hoped it was battery replacement time, but batteries were fine. I still ride it about 3-5 times per week, but I hate every minute of it.
