The first trip in use, the plastic lift handle (not the pull handle), pulled all the way through the top of the case on a staircase to Madrid subway, could have killed someone if it went flying down the stairs. It was 4 days past the "warranty" period, but thankfully Amazon refunded my money, but I had to find a box to ship this thing back and I'm sure they were going to throw it on the trash heap anyway. Waste of time.
