TV works great. But, its not that SMART... One of the reason's we bought this TV was it would connect to Netflix directly. Well, that worked for awhile until Samsung forced a Netflix update on us. The original Netflix app, allowed us to register the TV as a "device" and we were able to just start the app, and use Netflix. The current updated Netflix app forces us to enter the e-mail address and password every time we connect to Netflix. If, you think that entering your email address and password every time isn't a big deal. Consider this, you have to enter it via the TV remote with a virtual keyboard on your TV. It can take 20minutes for us to enter the email address and password. Then, Samsung rubs salt into the wound, and you have to re-enter the information the next day you use the Netflix application. Lesson learned, "DON'T buy a SMART TV" let the TV stay dumb, and use something you have better control over for running applications like Netflix. So, as a customer.... YOU determine if you want to accept an application update.
