Purchased from: FashionTS The hat was a gift that was too small. At first, I thought it was my mistake (and so decided it was not to worth going through the refund process), but after taking a closer look, it looks like the seller is selling the wrong hat. The description says the hat should be 90% Polyester and 10% Wool, but the tag on the hat says 80% Polyester and 20% Wool. Also, the description says the measurement for a S/M is 22 1/4 in. ~ 22 1/2 in., but the measurement I got was 21 in ~ 21 3/4 in. The tags shown by other reviewers shows a navy blue tag with red text and a yellow eagle, but the tag on this hat is black with only white text. Clearly, this seller is not selling the same hat!
