I'm so disappointed in these pans. First of all, the handles will burn you if you don't use an oven mitt - even over a low to low medium stove top flame! The pans also burn very easily on low heat, and are very difficult to clean. See the picture, I simply heated tortillas on the stove top with low flame. Those awful black, grease marks are almost impossible to remove, must scrub and scrub for days, (please note, as instructed, I've never put them in the dishwasher). A complete waste of money. I will never buy from this manufacturer again.
