★★☆☆☆
Not technical. Very repetitive. Better off reading my review.
If you have read rich dad poor dad you should just save your money. This book is the same concept just packaged differently. Heres what you need to know: Be a business owner, not a self employed person. Become a business owner by creating businesses that dont need you around to run. Keep creating or buying businesses, following the same hands off concept, and reinvest your earnings into other investments. Buy small properties at low foreclosed prices and fix them up enough to get more rent money than the monthly mortgage and all expenses. Usethese revenue streams to reinvest into even bigger properties. Utilize tax and stock advisors and mentors only if they have done what you want to do. Dont take any advice from people who are employees. The difference between risk and risky is that being uneducated in finance is risky. Everything includes risk. It is a very superficial book. Maybe good to start with for someone interested in real estate or startups, but very very repetitive. Especially if you have read rich dad poor dad...
