When I opened the the box and tried to open the bottom drawer which contained the crayons it was jammed. I assume this was caused by the transfer during shipping. Now the crayons have become lodged in the drawer, damaging some of them. Forcing me to apply pressure to force open the drawer. When the drawer finally released the crayons went everywhere. I took photos of the incident and would like to send them but don't see a place to do so. Thank you.
