Product Defective/Exchange Impossible
Product does not work. Continually shows an E4 error message, regardless of water level. Amazon cannot replace, only give a credit back. That does not allow me to replace the defective unit since it was purchased on sale. Instant Pot help line is not open on the weekend. Just frustrated, as the actual Instant Pot I have is great.
