I have had a number of Tumi bags, and don't like this one at all. The T-pass 'feature' consumes/wastes a ridiculous amount of storage spage, and this medium-sized bag needs that space. The little pockets in the front take away a lot of storage space by being little and chopping up the area in the front of the bag. That wouldn't be so bad if the only other larger space could be closed. Alas, the space that they describe as great for newspapers is actually a larger, deeper space that could be used for other items - if it weren't a gaping, open space. Also, the shoulder strap is narrow and uncomfortable. I replaced mine with one off one of my old Tumi bags. Also, the clips where the shoulder strap attached is now plastic, which I guess they get away with now that no longer offer lifetime warranties. With the heavy use my bags see, I'm not expecting the clips to hold up. All in all, disappointing for a Tumi product. August 2012 update: it's interesting to watch the ''not helpful' scores accumulate at a far higher rate than any of my other reviews. My guess is that Tumi has people working to negate less than favorable reviews.
