8.6” mattress not an 11”. Although it is a firm tight top, there’s still foam on the top, which is already starting to form a depression where I lay. I like a firm mattress, and this one to me is just uncomfortable. Low back issues make a good mattress necessary. This one isn’t it for me. I wake up with significant back/ hip pain after waking up in the morning. But back is great after sleeping on my couch. Also found out the warranty is invalid if purchased through Amazon or other “ third party” sellers. So, no warranty either. That’s 4 major concerns
