Terrible, Horrible, no good, very bad. I laminated about 13 pages hoping that I could figure out how to make it work at least somewhat decently. The first page came out with one badly warped corner, and another corner burned. All pages were wavy and cheap. The laminating bubbles around the edges and doesn't form to the page (which is mainly a problem if you plan to cut around it). Out of 13 pages, not one page went through the machine without being folded weird going through. In most cases I'd say for $15 it's worth it to try it out. But this was a sad waste of $$. I am concerned that my return will be denied since I used some of the laminating sheets that were provided. But that's rough because you can't know that it works without also using the laminating sheets, which once used you can't return. I will update if this causes a problem with the return. But my vote is - spend the extra $5-$10 to get a better one. I wish I had. *******UPDATE 6/15/16: The seller's customer service team contacted me the day after I submitted my review, apologized for the problems, and offered to send me another laminator. I'm not sure which one they are sending, as it was implied that they would be sending a different model. So I cannot comment on it's quality yet. But I will say that you can order from them with confidence that they will stand by their product and are invested in having a positive customer experience. Also, based on the reviews, the majority of people seem very pleased with this little laminator. And the seller has gone above and beyond for me to fix my problems. So while 2 days ago I advised to buy a different product, I would now say to go ahead and buy this one. If you're lucky, you'll get a good one and will like it like most people do. If you're like me and get a lemon, contact customer service and they will help you out. I will add another update once I receive and try out the replacement. UPDATE 6/18/16 - I received the replacement laminator sent by the company and I like it much better. The replacement I received is the AL13 (same laminator, only larger at 13"). It seems to seal better, does not leave the pages wavy like the AL9, and since it can laminate larger pages, I don't have to worry about the pages going in crooked and wrinkling in the machine. So, while my review of the AL9 remains the same, I highly recommend spending the extra $4-$5 and getting the AL13. I will also note that the AL13 does such a good job that I wonder if the AL9 I received was just defective. I will be leaving a 5-star review over on the AL13 laminator.
