Hi. I've had a bit of a scary incident using Adaptil Calm. We bought it a couple of months ago and when we went to change the refill, we noticed that some of the plastic is brown and burnt. I don't know if we received one that is defective, but this is very dangerous and looks like it could be a serious fire hazard. We have only used it for two months. There is no issue with the electrical outlet either. Buyer beware.
