Insect Soap is better.
Bought this then "Safer Insect Killing Soap" - the insect soap is 10 times more effective. Used both on same type of trees (next to each other) both loaded with wooly aphids. Applied per label directions every Saturday for 3 weeks, at the end of the 3rd week the soap was free of aphids & the Neem oiled tree had more than half still alive.
