CHECKED IPAD 15min on screen, LAPTOP 15min on screen, LIGHT ABOVE LAPTOP, CELL PHONE - NOTHING TURNED THE CARD BLUE EXCEPT THE LIGHT THEY GIVE YOU.
ITS THE SHELL GAME AND YOU NEVER FIND THE BALL OR THE BLUE LIGHT IT IS BLOCKING
The American Academy of Ophthalmology says you don’t need them and has gone on record as not recommending any kind of special eyewear for computer users. The organization says blue light from digital devices does not lead to eye disease and doesn’t even cause eyestrain. The problems people complain about are simply caused by overuse of digital devices, it says.
“The symptoms of digital eye strain are linked to how we use our digital devices, not the blue light coming out of them,” the AAO says.
Will they work as readers - yes
Do you lose them and miss place them allot and these will help mitigate until you find the others - yes
If you lose them or break them will you be heart broken - No
Do they clean easy and stay clean without smudges - no
Do the lenses seem very weak and creek with noise some - yes
If you dont like these things then the 20-50 dollar pair are a better option - unfortunately these are just supporting the CCP - yes
