I purchased this device 5-6 months ago, used in for 2-3 times, it seems to connect and work ok with Ios. Its Christmas break now and I wanted to explore this device again. But it does not connect via bluetooth. Muse seemed to claim that Ios10 has an issue but I have tried to connect with ipod running ios9, ipad mini running ios9, and iphone, ipad with Ios10.2 and mac etc.. with more than 7 devices it failed to even apear in the bluetooth device list. ADVICE to Muse from an experienced electrical engineer. First of, hire someone to design the bluetooth connectivity right, Muse is selling this for ~ $200 but cannot get bluetooth working? Second, test the devices before shipping to customers. I know the person who developed this might have thought that the hardware is solid, but in reality when it goes into production things dont work as well. Third: Dont have a single button to control the hardware. Have atleast a couple more to say reset the damn micro inside? Dont sell your products as premium hardware when they are rather designed cheaply and tends to frustate customers. Now I cant return this at Amazon, and I cannot resell a hardware that doesnt seem to work.
