Poor design. I didn’t realize that there was a problem with this grinder until I noticed grounds coming out the bottom of the grinder. So I took the screws off the bottom to open it up and see if I could see a blockage or something. The entire bottom of the grinder was packed full of about a pound and a half of ground coffee that was somehow not making it into the collection cup. All of the wires and circuit boards were crusted with old rancid coffee, a complete fire hazard. This product should be recalled, as the design is fatally flawed. I contacted the company and got only a form letter in response after about a week. So, buyer beware.
