Updated:04/3/21 from 3 to 1 star Im starting to think that this vacuum is a joke. I opened the roller head to clean it and saw the plastic is burning, the rattling sound is coming from the roller itself bad design. I do not recommend this vacuum :/ See videos i attached. I want to love it but... 1. Its quite heavy compared to other brands with the same size 2. So frustrating that after cleaning the canister its quite an art to attached back the filter and canister to the body. 3. Its quite noisy with rattling noise. Good things about it. 1. Less maintenance on the brush, some hair gets stuck but not too bad. 2. Suction is good
