Where to start... I bought these because of Shark Tank. OK...let's do this. 1. When I bought them I checked to make sure they were eligible for return. They were at that time. Hold that thought. 2. The value is horrible. The bars are smaller than a business card. The ones on the site, and the ones the sharks are were eating are MUCH larger. See pictures. 3. The taste is awful. I tried 3 flavors and none even resembled the flavor of the fried cheese I get when making my grilled cheese. Horrible aftertaste too. 4. All but a few arrived broken. Until I finally found one intact, I thought maybe that was in purpose to hide the size. 5. Finally, they are now not returnable. I never ever ever ever buy anything on Amazon unless it's returnable. Just because you don't get to see what you're buying before you buy it, I make it a rule to check that before I buy. To make matters worse I can't find any way to contact the seller because the options for returning and replacing aren't there. I have sent an email to Amazon and I will see if I get a reply but I figure with what's going on at the time I write this with the coronavirus I will likely not see a reply. In the end, don't bother. Horrible product, horrible customer service. Overpriced waste of money.
