Back in 2008 when I first started using biokleen it was FANTASTIC! Super concentrated and a super cleaner! As a professional house cleaner I was using this almost every day. It could get any shmutz off of anything! But then they started diluting it. Over and over and over and over and over and over again. It used to be sooo thick that it would hurt my forearm to squeeze it into the smaller bottles we use at work. It was as thick as molasses, quite possibly thicker. With each dilution it, it became easier and easier to squeeze out. It used to be a joke at work (Oh look, they diluted again! Guess I'll have to go to the gym to get my workout) It now pours out like water. And then if that wasn't bad enough, it went from having around 6 ingredients to like 20. They have started adding more and more fillers and have completely destroyed the product. After one dilution, when it started losing its super-degreasing power, my boss called them to inquire and they completely denied that they were diluting it. When I use a product 4 days a week for 8 years, you can better believe I know every time it gets diluted. BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA. YOU HAVE RUINED YOUR PRODUCT. IT IS NOW CRAP AND (almost) AS THIN AS WATER. Don't waste your money on this. Go buy 7th generation products.
