I bought this product hoping it would shorten the processing time of my hair highlighting. The product arrived on time and appeared to be as advertised. However after using it for approximately 40 minutes, alternating between medium and high heat settings I stopped to check the process and found that it had not only melted a hole in the connecting tube but also melted the end of my hair dryer. There were no written instructions with the product. I learned later that there was a website to go to for detailed instructions which recommended using only on medium or low settings for lengthy processes. I contacted the company and was told they would credit my Amazon account with the amount of the purchase.
