I've used Mexican vanilla before, but this stuff is NOT vanilla for use in baking. It tastes like pure alcohol. Not one bit of vanilla flavor in it. I tasted it and spit it out. This is DANGEROUS!!! It is PROYPYLENE GLYCOL aka antifreeze. Here is the definition of Propylene Glycol. : [propylene glycol] NOUN. chemistry a liquid alcohol which is used as a solvent, in antifreeze, and in the food, plastics, and perfume industries. Someone from Amazon should try to taste this and GET IT OFF THE AMAZON SITE!!! I gave it one star because there is no option for NONE! This stuff is POISON........ The description on the website says the no 1 ingredient is 2% pure vanilla. That's NOT what is says on the bottle I received. It says it has 'vanillin' (whatever that is) PLEASE AMAZON.... REMOVE THIS FROM YOUR INVENTORY!
