Update: I continue to receive harassing emails from the company to change my review. They offered $5 (unethical) and send almost daily emails. One included the person talking about how her husband abandoned her and the her kids and is desperate to get this changed. I’ve forwarded to Amazon but they aren’t doing anything. Avoid this company and buy something else. Received the product and tried to charge, but the base does not charge the device. There is a green light on the side to indicate power, and that does not light up. There is no way to charge the vacuum. Setting up the vacuum took several tries, it isn't the most user friendly. But it finally setup. The performance might be ok, but there seems to be a lot of issues on Amazon related to this. "Won't charge" or "Vacuum can't find the base" are all indications that the base does not work. Quality wise the base is very, very light and cheap plastic. Very light. So...they probably cut corner and are suffering from this. I'll be returning and not getting a replacement.
