Neither author knows anything about riding, training or showing.
This was written for youngsters who know nothing about the equestrian sport at any level. Oh my….so many mistakes and I am only through the first few chapters. It s made for a chapter of Heartland, simplistic flat characters and the plot of every poorly written n horse story. So fratratmg to see such huge eeeors. Talking about Trynn before it was even developed, confusing lines for strides. At least pay a rider to p Poorly written, hackneyed story with flat characterizations and filled with errors. I have only read the first few chapters and the errors keep coming. A story happening before the Paris games refers to Tryon, a great showing center not even built yet! Mistaking lines for strides in critiquing a ride. Superficial understanding of any training of show horses. There are books about big shows that get passed through the barns because they have a familiar ring and good stories. This will not be one of those. Do not buy. Poor
