The first time I used this product, it worked great and I was impressed with how it whitened my teeth. I decided not to use it consecutively, like it says on the box. The next time I used it was a week later and I couldn’t even keep the strips on my teeth for the full hour, it hurt so bad. I decided to do some research into how safe whitening strips are and I can say now I will no longer be using them. There is a wide variety of research explaining how over the counter whitening strips can damage your enamel forever. It is much safer to use a whitening toothpaste every few weeks or get whitening products from your dentist. I don’t recommend this product or any other whitening strips.
