It's definitely not user friendly! Originally I signed up thinking it was free but then I read something about a charge that I thought was minimal so I went ahead. Very disappointing. I have been using it for a couple of years until recently when you changed your system and requested an upgrade on my payment info. I had my debit card replaced and I made the change though it was not easy. I also had to pay in order to continue making international calls but I had a hard time. It was insane! Somehow I didn't think it took the first attempt of $10 payment because it would freeze so I tried a 2nd time and same thing happened. So I thought instead of keep trying I would call or email. I ended up emailing but I noticed my bank statement had 2 charges of $10 for a total of $20. Can you please: 1. Explain how to navigate, 2. refund me for the extra $10 charge.
